About Us

The Rural Law Center of New York, Inc. initiated the North Country Youth Opportunity and Advocacy Program to help eligible youth, 14 to 21 years old, in Clinton Essex, Franklin and Hamilton Counties access to resources need to overcome barriers and reach their educational and emplyoment goals. Our program gives youth key information about school, work, life skills and legal rights to help them make good choices for the future.

All of our services are free. Program participants must meet age, income and at-rist eligibility guidelines.
